To make an appointment, please call our office. Our scheduling coordinators will work with you to find an appointment convenient for you with the appropriate dental team members. New patients will be contacted by the New Patient Coordinator who will help gather information about your needs. If you are having any dental discomfort, please let us know so that we can see you as soon as possible. We work hard to see all dental emergencies as prompty as is possible.
After you have made an appointment, we may ask you to fill out some medical history forms before you arrive for the appointment. You may also access these forms by downloading them here on our website under the "forms and information" section.
If it is neccessary for you to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice, so that your reserved time can be made available to another patient. That gives us enough time to find a new appointment for you that is more convenient. Those patients who consistently miss appointments will not be rescheduled. Appointment delays unfortunately do occur occasionally in our office. We try to keep on schedule and will notify you if we become aware of a significant delay so that you can plan your valuable time as well.
Your comfort is important to us. If you do have a problem, please call us as early in the day as possible. This will make it easier to see you promptly.
